Products & Pricing
All products are sold as described in their individual listings. We make every effort to accurately represent the condition, grade, and details of each item. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, and will notify you promptly if this happens.
Graded Cards & Collectibles
Graded cards are sold with the grade assigned by the grading company (PSA, CGC, BGS, CBCS, etc.) at the time of grading. Stumpy's Cards & Collectibles makes no representations regarding future grading outcomes or value. All sales of graded items are final unless the item received materially differs from the listing description.
Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are not as described. Sealed products, graded cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].
