Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every item we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not as described, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.
What's eligible for a return
- Items that arrive damaged or in worse condition than described
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong card, wrong product)
- Sealed products that arrive with visible damage to the packaging
- Graded slabs with cracks or damage caused during shipping
What's not eligible
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items accurately described as raw or ungraded with visible wear
- Sealed products that have been opened
- Returns requested after the 7-day window has passed
How to start a return
Contact us
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item.
We review your request
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship it back
Pack the item securely (the same way it arrived) and ship it back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible claims.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
